1) in the home page, diksha's logo is highlighted.....
as such diksha's logo has no value. if it was the university emblem , it has a value and authority.......
and the already given u'city emblem is of ultra poor quality.
suggestion : give importance to calicut university emblem
2) the name of the college, its font and diksha's font must b changed......
keep in mind, u r highlighting our college thru diksha to the rest of the world.
3) ther is no need of any event description in the first page itself, since there is an event tab......
4) kindly dont repeat the same things,,and avoid unnecessary "english"
5) in the first page , u r supposed to boost the eye catching events,their fotos etc.....
6) sponsors are to coome on to the top or the sides .....
7) theme song quality is poor......
8) u cud form a hospitality comm... which can enhance the quality of diksha 09
9) add a link like " how to reach the u city" a map or in any other way....
10) all pages have the same huge diksha logo..lemme tell u , u r not going to sell diksha logo...kindly avoid that in the sub pages.
A WEBSITE IS A MEDIUM THRU WHICH U COMMUNICATE TO PEOPLE. IT MUST B CLEAR AND TO THE POINT.
U , UR STANDARD IS EVALUATED THRU THIS.....
DECORATING WITH SO MANY BEUTIFUL ENGLISH USAGES IS NOT THE WAY I HOPE.

First impression about the site is too bad..

1)The univ logo neednt appear with the link..it looks odd..oh!tat is not a link, huh!then wats its purpose..
Either change it into a link to our college site and put a high resolution logo...or its enough without a logo...
2)The site font is too small and ordinary..shud change it to make it more stylish and legible..
3)The Mr.Mala pics shud be edited in photoshop...
4)As per one comment above there is no need for listing the events at the opening page..
The first page shud highlight about DIKSHA,our univ/college...or whatever relevant...
5)Isnt there any online registration?????
Its a must!!!!!!
and y isnt there any spot registration....???
number of participants will be less if it isnt there!!!!
6)The theme song causes a headache...its better to play it only once...or put up a gud quality one..
Finaly i think this blog site is better than the real one!!!kudos to the blog owner..!!
