like, last time this year also u people are making big mistake this time.......i think.....NO INVOLVEMENT OF TEACHERS.
it is not the last moment u involve them.....it is the first step to b done...
they may stay away from all these ,but the success of diksha lies in not only bringing the students together but also bring the teachers into all activities......they must know what all things are going around..., how much u guys are running around to get things done.......
Y NO ONE IS LOOKING INTO THIS MATTER.......???

there is involvement of teachers yaar...........our colg has a staf club......recently formed........all working committees of diksha is lea by a teachher.....to ur knowledge.............
ReplyDeletei believe that , our faculty members has a feeling that this programme diksha is a waste for us engineers and we are wasting our valuable time for that.....
ReplyDeletebut lemme say that.....organising a program is the application of our skill...managing funds is something very important.....we are really engineering things , with fun...
u know a simple example lik....students go for sponsorships etc......it is their personality,language skill that is being cultured....which nowadays most of the companies look for in campus placements....
